Office hours

BDG Game support runs every day of the week. Here is what to expect:

• Automated in-app chat: Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The automated assistant can instantly help with balance checks, game rules, bonus eligibility, and common account FAQs, no waiting required.
• Live human agents: Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM IST. A real team member reviews complex cases such as stuck transactions on PhonePe or BHIM, account access problems, or dispute escalations.

If you contact us outside live-agent hours, your chat or email is logged and prioritised at the start of the next session. Average email response time is under 24 hours on working days.

Online-only support

BDG Game operates entirely online, there is no physical office, walk-in counter, or mailing address. All support is delivered through email and in-app chat. If you need help with a GPay payment query, a BHIM UPI transaction issue, or a game result dispute, simply open the BDG Game app and tap the chat icon, or email [email protected]. Please do not share sensitive information such as passwords or OTPs with anyone, our agents will only ever ask for your registered mobile number and transaction reference.
