Ownership of content

Limited licence to users

Limitation of Liability

Exclusion of consequential damages

Cap on liability
In jurisdictions that do not permit the complete exclusion of liability, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us, if any, in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Indian consumer protection law.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, including non-contractual disputes, shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Jurisdiction and dispute resolution
You agree that any legal action or proceeding relating to your access or use of BDG Game shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of India, and you irrevocably submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of thirty (30) days from the date written notice of the dispute is delivered to the other party.
