BDG Game - Responsible Gaming
BDG Game responsible gaming: how to set deposit and time limits, recognise problem-gambling warning signs, self-exclude, and reach confidential 18+ support helplines.
Play within your limits
BDG Game is built for entertainment, and keeping it that way starts with setting personal boundaries before every session. Decide in advance exactly how much money and time you are willing to spend, and treat that amount as the full cost of your entertainment, never as an investment you expect to recover. Once you reach your limit, stop and walk away regardless of the outcome.
Never chase losses. Increasing your bets or extending a session to recover lost funds almost always deepens the deficit. Likewise, avoid gaming when you are stressed, tired, or emotional, as impaired judgment turns a leisure activity into a financial risk. Keep gaming balanced alongside work, family, and other hobbies so it never becomes the dominant part of your day.
Understand that every game on BDG Game operates on fixed probability mechanics. No pattern, strategy, or system can override those odds. Entering each session with realistic expectations is the single most effective habit a responsible player can build.
Warning signs of problem gambling
Problem gambling develops gradually, which makes early recognition critical. Common behavioural signs include spending more money or time than intended, feeling restless or irritable when not playing, lying to family members about gaming activity, and repeatedly returning to recoup losses. If gaming is consistently the first thing you think about in the morning or the last thing at night, that pattern warrants honest self-examination.
Financial and emotional indicators are equally important to watch. These include skipping essential bills to fund gaming, borrowing money from friends or family, experiencing severe mood swings tied to wins and losses, or using gaming as the primary way to manage stress and anxiety. Feelings of guilt or shame after a session are also a clear warning that something has shifted from entertainment to compulsion.
If you recognise three or more of these signs, please use our self-assessment tools available in your BDG Game account dashboard and consider reaching out to a professional support organisation. Early intervention leads to the best outcomes.
Deposit, loss and time limits
BDG Game provides built-in limit tools that put you firmly in control of your spending and playing time. You can set a daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limit that prevents you from adding funds beyond your chosen threshold for that period. Once a deposit limit is activated, it takes effect immediately; any request to increase it is subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
A loss limit caps the net amount you can lose within a defined timeframe. When your losses reach that ceiling the system suspends further play for the remainder of the period, protecting your bankroll automatically. A session time limit triggers a notification, or an automatic logout, once you have been playing continuously for your chosen duration, ensuring you take regular breaks.
To configure any of these limits, navigate to Account > Responsible Gaming > Limits inside your BDG Game profile. We strongly recommend setting all three limits during account registration so the safeguards are in place from day one.
Self-exclusion and cool-off
If you feel you need a stronger break from gaming, BDG Game offers two escalating options. A cool-off period temporarily suspends your account for a short duration, 24 hours, 48 hours, or up to 30 days. During this time you cannot log in, deposit, or place any bets. The cool-off activates immediately upon your request and cannot be reversed before the chosen period expires.
For more serious concerns, self-exclusion closes your account for a minimum of six months or permanently, depending on your preference. Once self-exclusion is confirmed, BDG Game will close your account, return any withdrawable balance, and block all marketing communications from reaching you. Reactivation after the minimum period requires a deliberate request and a mandatory 24-hour review, ensuring the decision is not made impulsively.
To activate either option, go to Account > Responsible Gaming > Self-Exclusion or contact our support team directly via live chat or email. Requests are processed without delay, around the clock.
